because 4464 * 600 = 2678400

For initial condition, you just run 1 time step then use the result as initial condition for an unsteady computation

Remarks:
you use mesh on profile only. this will be probably safer for computation to have a small mesh size
the final profil is small in comparison to previous one this will probably generate some problems as you impose tide and by consequence some water should enter in the model by this boundary...
