TOPIC: Problem with junction

Problem with junction 10 months 1 week ago #44191

Hi,everyone. I try to use Fudaa-Mascaret3.6 to create a 1-D model. There are 7 reaches and 3 junctions in the model. Reach 7 is the downstream and should be connected to junction 3(outflow from reach 5 and reach 6), it has abscisses from 49001 to 131000.
However, something wrong appear in the model, with the error " Point abscissa is out of bounds (interpolation) : X = 50000.00 Xmin = 0.000000 Xmax = 49001.00 ".
It seems that reach 7 is not recognized as wished. I can't find the problem. Could someone help? Thanks a lot.

Hi
Fudaa-Mascaret is no longer supported.
Try to use the QGIS Plugin Mascaret which replace now Fudaa-Mascaret with a more GIS interface and also the latest version of Mascaret executable or API...

Christophe

Hi,

In your case (with junction), you will have to be very careful about branch numbering. Your linear referencing will be based on it.
