open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello everyone

I am using QGIS 3.22 basemesh 2 plugin to generate my 2d meshes. After an attempt to view some results using posttelemac plugin, the program just crash without any message. And now basemesh generator doesn't work, just whn i push run button, qgis crash (close) without any message.

Could someone help me, because i don't have idea what is happens?

Your first trail should be to reinstall the plugin, but if this doesn't work this will be more complicated...
By the way, posttelemac is no longer maintained.
The selafin file could be directly open in QGIS as a mesh type.
Is there a particular reason to use posttelemac?

Hi c.coulet, thank you for your response. Yes I've tried several times reinstalling the plugin, also reinstalling QGIS, but it doesn't work yet. There is no a particular reason to use PostTelemeac, in fact thank you again for qgis mesh reader tip. But as I said, problem appeared when a tried to open a .slf file using posttelemac. I don't know the reason of this unexpected crash.

Did you check you .slf file?
You could try to open it in Blue Kenue, or just check with python script (scan).

Yeah, slefain file is ok, problem is in 2d mesh generator using BaseMesh qgis plugin, when a running the process, the program just crash without any kind of message.

So this is not a problem linked to Telemac but to Basemesh Plugin which is not a part of Telemac
