Morning,
I'm a beginner at telemac,
My current difficulty is to build my own "HARMONIC CONSTANT FILE" from the FES-2014 atlas by interpolating each tidal constituent (amplitude and phase for elevation and currents) on my limit points.
I read in the forum that I can extract amplitude and phase for tides and velocities with matlab and then interpolate them at open boundary nodes.
But I don't know how to do it?

Try to use already implemented solution instead of trying complex things which require fortran programming capabilities...
Use TPXO for example
