open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,
I am trying to compile Telemac v8p3r1 in Ubuntu on Windows 11 and I have an error when Building the Python API. The first part of f2py for hermes has passed but not the second part.

I have followed the steps on wiki.opentelemac.org/doku.php?id=installation_on_linux.

I have attached my systel.cfg and the error output.

Any help would be appreciated,

I have been able to resolve the error by removing the static api in systel.cfg.

Your error comes from an issue with f2py starting with NumPy 1.22.1. You can fix it by downgrading NumPy to 1.22.0:
