open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all,

I installed telemac according to the tutorial, config.py and compile_telemac.py both show "My work is done", then when I run the example case "telemac2d.py t2d_gouttedo.cas --ncsize=4", it reports an error, I don't know what is the reason for this? Is it because I made a mistake in the installation process? Or is it something else?
