hi everyone,

due to my previous failure to run a simulation on multiple nodes on my cluster, I would like to try the mpich configuration.
I saw the cis-ubuntu.cfg file for mpich but I have questions about some lines on the batch file.
is this remain?
MPI

export MPIHOME=/usr/bin/mpifort.mpich
export PATH=lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openmpi:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$PATH/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

or maybe

MPICH

export MPIHOME=/usr/bin/mpifort.mpich # remain ?
export PATH=lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mpich:$PATH # change like that?
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$PATH/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH # ???? there is no /lib in the dir. lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mpich, so what can I do Please?

josiastud OFFLINE Senior Boarder Posts: 132 Thank you received: 2	hi Andre Renault I did nothing special, after multiple tries I failed, so I just focused on running a simulation on multiple nodes on my cluster. For that I install slurm, that handle the nodes, now I can run (even if it is slower than a single machine, but I think It's an other question). thx Renault Josias
