open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear experts
I was tried to run simulation with telemac version v8p4r0.
It stuck in the step of mesh partitioning:
+> /home/duongnb/TELEMAC/v8p4r0/builds/debgfopenmpi/bin/partel < PARTEL.PAR >> partel_T2DGEO.log
/bin/sh: 1: cannot open PARTEL.PAR: No such file
Give me some help, Please.

Have tried to use the search engine of this forum? Quite efficient to search and find similar issues that may have already happened.

I have tried typing "cannot open PARTEL.PAR: No such file" and Find Posts from "Any date" And newer, not only "A year ago" And newer, and I have found:

I would suggest you to try what is written as it seems quite similar as your issue.

I have been facing the same error for a couple of months and I already tried everything on the post that Chi-Tuan suggested, but it didn't work for me.
