Hello,

Since the setup with GCC does not work yet (more info), I decided to try ifort/2013.5.192 and METIS/5.1.0 with v7p0r0...

I get the following error:
***Memory allocation failed for CreateGraphDual: nptr. Requested size: 9758234417140592 bytes

Is there a way to fix this problem? I attach the output from partel. Thanks in advance.

Hello Stefan,

I am using v7p0r0 + METIS 5.1.0 compiled with gcc in Windows environment, so I suppose it should work for linux as well.
