I'm doing a cluster, but I can't divide the work between nodes. In attached is my .cfg.

Why do you want compile qsub?

Qsub is used to manage the computation in parallel mode, the compilation of the telemac system should be done once on the master node. you don't have to use qsub for that.

If your question is about the potential compilation step of a user fortran file during a run with Qsub, I think your question is not very clear. In this case, what is the problem you encountered? Which error message?
