I attempted to alter BOUNDARY2 VELOCITY PROFILES,but it didn't work,so maybe some mistakes happened in the water depth?

Hello, you can correct this error by modifying the time step and initial conditions, so that the error will not be reported when running.

This actually occurs because some discharge(greater than 1e-10) is imposed at a liquid boundary which is dry. In this case, solver cannot compute flow velocity since flow area is too small(less than 1e-10).

This error is written in subroutine "DEBIMP", which is called by subroutine "BORD".

Hence, if you set a liquid boundary as type of imposed discharge and impose some non-zero discharge, make sure computational nodes on this liquid boundary are wet.
