Hello,
I have a question regarding coupling of Telemac3D,Tomawac and Sisyphe.
I tried to make a regular wave as a mentioned at my last post www.opentelemac.org/index.php/assistance...13222-new-to-tomawac and I made it thanks to Thierry big help.
Now I tried to use it to couple with SISYPHE and TELEMAC3d to see how sediment move.
However after several tests sediment doesnt move.can you check my file and see whats wrong in my setting.

Wave condition: WAVE HEIGHT= 2m,WAVE PERIOD=8.14sec,WATER DEPTH=32.4~0m
d50=0.0003m

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jason,
You need to be sure that the bed shear stress in the bottom is "strong" enough to put your sediments into movement. As you are not providing the threshold value (through the keyword SHIELDS PARAMETERS), it's Sisyphe who will compute it. You can make some ad-hoc tests by either (i) modifying your sediment diameter (smaller) or (ii) providing a smaller Shields critical parameter and see what's happening. I couldn't your files in detail, but also be aware that deeper water depths mean weaker influence of your hydrodynamic forcing on the sediment dynamics.
Hope it helps,
Pablo
