Hello,
I am working with my students on a very simple simulation with tomawac. To begin all of them are using the same steering file. When launching, some of them obtain the following error message :

I don't understand what is happening

yugi OFFLINE openTELEMAC Guru Posts: 851 Thank you received: 244	Are you working on windows ? Because the cas file is a dos file (Windows text file). If you are on linux try using this one and see if it works. I just ran dos2unix on it and use an integer for the number of time steps. Hope it helps. Attachments: Test_05-14...1-22.cas (2KB)

MARON Philippe	Dear Yugi, We work with windows7 computers. If I use this steering file on my computer, tomawac runs with no problems. I know that we must use an integer as number of time steps, but windows also accepts decimal regards

MARON Philippe	No the problem is not solved. Sometimes, If I use the same steering file with another computer, it runs without problems !

tfouquet OFFLINE Moderator Posts: 307 Thank you received: 120	did you install the same compiler on every computer ? Some compiler may not interpret the windows carriage return in the same way.

MARON Philippe	Effectively, my computer works (it runs) with intel and other computers are with gcc (and don't run) Thanks for your help !
