hi

if I parameter the computation for more than 2 processors, there is an error : "4 is bigger than 2"... I use an intel xeon W3540, it is very strange...

Hello,

This 2 is probably in your file "mpi_telemac.conf" there you can declare more processors than you have, even 128 on a single processor machine (the programs will be run concurrently so it is not efficient but it works). If your machine has 4 processors and you declared 2 in your configuration file, it will stop.

Hi

To obtain the hostname, you just have to enter hostname in a windows command.
But if you run your simulation localy, the hostname isn't important because you run the simulation with a -localonly option in parallel.
Adjust the first line (total number of processors) and gives the same number in the line describing the hosts.
