Can you show me the partel_T2DGEO.log.
It sould be in the temporary folder if it is empty rerun the partel command in the temporary folder:
C:\opentelemac\v6p2\wintelmpi\parallel\parallel_v6p2\wintelmpi\partel.ex
e < PARTEL.PAR >> partel_T2DGEO.log

Here is what I got when I run the comand... It seems that I have a problem regardind forrtl process and WACLEO file (which is empty..)

@pilou: Did you install metis? Because this what is crashing in the systel.cfg it says that metis is in C:\opentelemac\lib\libmetis64b.lib
is it the case if not the error seems to come from your mesh.


@rémi: can you show me your cas file?

Yes, I have downloaded Metis 5 from the website and pasted it in C:\opentelemac\lib\libmetis64b.lib.

I have then tried to launch a computation with a validation case to see if my mesh could be the problem as you mentionned, but got a similar problem (see the log (PNG) and the partel log).

I don't know what's going wrong...

@Rémi: You need to had the keyword PUNCTUAL RESULTS FILE = "any_name.spe" in the case file
This is because of a bug in the v6p2 which will be solved in the next version

@pilou: I think you need to compile metis instead of using the precompiled library.

@PL: I think there is an incompatibility between the metis from the website and your telemac What version of the intel compiler do you have? Metis 5.0 is compiled with intel fortan 11.
Other than that i am at a loss maybe try to see with Rémi for whom metis is working.

@rémi: They are a few bug in parallel in tomawac. Which are resolved now and will be available in the new version.
Can you try to run one of tomawac test cases and see of it works.
