open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I have installed Telemac-2D (V6p1) with MPICH2 (64 bit) on recently purchased Windows -8 OS. However I am unable to run it in parallel mode on computer having four processors. The configuration of the computer is (Intel(R) core i5-3330S CPU, x64 based processor, 2.7Ghz. Iam unable to run in parallel mode). Telemac is running satisfactorily on single processor.

Hi,

Version v6p3 was recently released. Why don't you install the latest version? There is an automatic installer of this version as well. This may solve your problem 'out of the box'.

Unable to download full V6P3 fully. Downloaded installer completely. However coping files from SVN takes significantly longer time. Downloading of examples files in SVN for telemac2d oil spill is taking indefinite time. Is there is any problem
with server

Hi,

I think that the file that is downloading is very big and thus it takes a LOT of time. Leave it overnight to download.
