open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello,
I am trying to install Telemac using the automatic installation for Windows and keep getting an error. It seems to have installed all the pre-requisites but when it gets to installing Telemac I get a segmentation error shown in the file attached.

Any help would be really appreciated!

We can not conclude directly about the nature of the error since the error message is not so explicit. However, it seems that there are some right conflicts. Anyway, the installation seems to have gone far and you can check if Telemac is already working or not, otherwise, you could complete its installation by hand.
Thus, try to launch the commande Telemac2d.py and see if it is working or not (you may add the path to forlder "pytel" before, i.e. <telemac_path>scripts/python27/telemac2d.py)
Actually, if it tells you that "you need to compile at least telemac2d", you have to compile all the system by using the command CompileTelemac.py

Thanks for the reply - and sorry - I should have posted when I figured this out. The automatic installation didn't get as far as checking out the code itself. So, I just completed it by hand as you suggest - checking out the code and compiling manually. It worked just fine that way and I managed to run a test case on Friday!
