open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Can Telemac define the velocity U, V, W at a given point on the bottom without any water flowing in or out (i.e. simulate the effect of a rotor-driven turbulent fluid)? The mixing tank is created by a magnetic rotor at the bottom that generates turbulence, and there is no water inflow or outflow. I tried modifying the bottom boundary, but I found that when adding sediment, the following situation occurred. I then modified the trisou file, but when adding sediment, there were also some problems. Are there any other ways?
