open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Recently, I was asked by a journal to define the full form of TELEMAC 3D. As I went through the manual and papers on the same I couldn't find the full form. I would really appreciate any help in this matter.

I can just add that I was told that TELEMAC's name was chosen because this code was created after a previous one at EDF/LNH which name was ULYSSE (I do not know if it is the correct spelling, sorry).
