What would be the code to be written in the boundary condition file if I want to apply SPACE-TIME dependent prescribed u, prescribed v along the open boundary of any domain?

In such case what will be the format of the file (for ex. Filename=SD.DAT) that contains TIME, PRESCRIBED U, PRESCRIBED V, DEPTH ?

What will be the KEYWORD to be written in CASE FILE to supply the SD.DAT?

If you have time-space depency of your boundary conditions (here velocity components) you have to edit subroutine Bord3d.f

In addition to the space-time dependent velocity boundary conditions at the open boundary, I would like to impose space and time dependent -FREE SURFACE from TPXO along the same boundary. Kindly suggest me how to modify CASE file accordingly.

It is well explained in the user manual:

OPTION FOR TIDAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS=1
TIDAL DATA BASE=2
BINARY DATABASE 1 FOR TIDE = (for example h_tpxo7.2)
OPTION FOR TIDAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS=1
ORIGINAL DATE OF TIME= ...
ORIGINAL HOUR OF TIME= ...

Please read section 4.2.12 of the user manual.
