Hi Alan
Don't know if it's a particular problem on my side or a more generic one but i just upgrade BK on my laptop from 3.12.10 to 3.12.17 and now, I cannot see the variables in my result file. I checked the result is OK in the previous version and also in QGIS.
I could correctly open the geometry file then I don't understand where the problem could be...
I made the test on the telemac2d example names nn_newt

Well that's weird!?!?!
I can confirm seeing this behaviour as well and I think I have discovered the
where to look for the bug,

Eg.
In the examples directory "Telemac\examples\telemac2d\breach"

When I load file ini_breach.slf I get the variables
FOND and SURFACE LIBRE
but not the third variable VITESSE UV

when I load the file f2d_breach.slf I get no variables when there should
be VITESSE UV, HAUTTEUR D'EAU, SURFACE LIBRE, FOND, VISCOSITE TURB., FROTTEMENT and NBRE DE COURANT.

It appears that when a vector quantity is encountered in the slf file
it is ignored along with the rest of the variables in the file.

I have confirmed that there is a serious bug in 3.12.17 that prevents vector quantities from being loaded from selafin files.

I don't have the ability to fix this so we will have to wait for Alan.
