Improvements:
1. Enabled adding and deleting attributes to 2D and 3D line sets
2. Increased T3 Mesh Generator's auto-smooth iteration count from 100 to 400
   - Please let me know if this change affects you; in the future this count could be a GUI option (if needed)
3. Changed default point count to 3 (i.e. a triangle) for the new simple geometry dialog and added a box to enter the new geometry's line value

Bug fixes:
1. Allow a simple geometry's value to change
2. Added missing error message when trying to add an attribute to an object that already has one with that name
3. Dragging a 2D Line Set onto a 2D Interpolator object should now be copying the attributes properly
4. Arc Info Export class was not using the correct class pointer; was CLineSet* and should have been CLine2DSet*
5. Co-ordinate system query dialog
   - When adding an attribute to a line set that has no attributes, the default number of used values should be equal to the number of lines (not 0)
   - When deleting an attribute; do NOT allow required (internal) attributes to be deleted
6. Deleting a line in a line set should call a new function to delete all associated attribute values for that line
7. Clearing data in a line should call the method to delete a line so that it can do all of the appropriate things needing to be done
8. Inserting a line in a line set should also update all attribute values too
9. Copying a 2D or 3D line set (i.e. CopyFrom(.)) was not working properly

Internal changes:
1. Large internal change to keyword handling API (more than 100 classes carefully modified)
   - with ripple effects for metadata, legends and popups and their formatting of double, float and dates
2. "Nice" temporal strings now also return "Not Required" when an object is not defined as being a temporal object
3. Setting a string value on an attribute now accepts units (if present) for double, float and integer attribute types
4. Added more error checking code and made constant functions const (when appropriate)

EnSim Development Statistics:
- 7 code commits (151 changed paths) to CHyMS from 3 July to 14 July (3.12.20-beta)
- 343 unit tests pass (no change)
