open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi! I try to load a slf file created with the option
RESULTS FILE FORMAT = 'SERAFIND'
using double precision thus.

I then get the following error message:
This exception doesn't show up again as I return to the default value 'SERAFIN '.

I would still extract time series out of the results file in double precision. Is it a known limitation? Tips and/or workaround?

It's already written in some posts that BLUE KENUE doesn't manage the selafind files for the moment.

Chance would be a fine thing if this valuable information would be included in the manuals, so that new users do not have to sieve through the babylon of forum posts to sort out all the accidents of experience. To such forum -- seemingly regretfully -- I happen to contribute on the asking side. Hopefully, soon enough I will be able to contribute on the answering side.

Rest reassured that I am already spending considerable time to work on Telemac, to find out how many manuals there are, where they are, how updated they are and so forth; to try and make mend and do with forum posts and wiki (that doesn't seem to work) and to post suggestions for improvements.
