open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I was unable to install Fudaa-Prepro (for the reasons already reported in the Forum), but able to start the Supervisor version. I have two problems with this;
a) trying to set a model run (one of the validation test cases), it comes up with an error indicating 'perl' is not recognised. I have compiled the software using python script. Do I need perl to run Fudaa-Prepro?

b)Trying to look at the results of a run which I have manged to do from comand line, but Fudaa-Prepro says 'windows cannot find rubens.

Any help with these will be much apprecited.

The installation problem is a well-known bug...
The othersolution is to run the .jar file directly with java...

About your first point, the previous version of prepro could manage telemac simulation but it was a the perl era. An upgrade should be done to manage also the python script but I don't know when it will be available.

For te second point, you try to look the result with rubens (whiwh is the old post-processor). You could look the result directly with Prepro by just selecting the result file in the supervisor interface on choose open with POST
