But this could be related to a Java limitation which could be more or less changed when you launch Fudaa (you could try to see) About the future releases, this will be probably difficult as there is no more intention to develop Fudaa in the Telemac-Mascaret consortium... Thank you for your reply.
Do you have some tips on how to change the java settings?

For information, we are several persons to have experienced problem when trying to open large mesh-files. From my own experience I can mention problem with:
- a mesh with 2 800 000 elements
- a mesh with 350 000 elements and 21 vertical planes (so 7 000 000 3D elements)

Apart from that, sad to read that fudaa will no longer be supported. It is a very powerful pre-processing tool. Any chance to keep the latest version with only regular minor updates when a new telemac version is released (dico file updates)?

Hi

it depends how you run fudaa but you could tune the memory size in the command line which looks like:
java.exe -Xmx1G -jar fudaa[...].jar
1G is for 1Gb of memory but you could set a higher value...

In fudaa, on the bottom left part of the window, you have an idea of the memory size and load when you use it...

About the minor updates, everything is possible if you pay for it...

On Artelia side, we prefer invest money in our QGIS plugin...

Regarding your Artelia QGIS pluggin, what is it designed for? Is it something that will be released or is it only for internal use? Best regards PL
