open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

hello everyone, it's my first step in masacret , i tried to download it but the only thing that is shown is a page with a mesage " Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed , Explanation: The page you requested could not be reached, due to a proxy server configuration problem. "
can someone please explain to me what should i do to surpass this problem ?

That is a problem you cannot solve for yourself. The administrator should do it.

On other hand, do you refer to Mascaret the module or OpenTelemac-MASCARET, all modules? Well, I supposed it is all modules. In that case, I noticed that wiki.opentelemac.org/, where you can find the steps to follow in case automatic-installer fails, throws this error you mentioned above.

I have made an Installation guide that I would like to prove, so, you can use it freely (and anyone who needs it). I believe it will be helpful, I have not finished it (there are several modifications I have to make), but it can be used.
