In the user manual of Artemis, a bibliography is cited : "Prise en compte des facteurs de réflexion des ouvrages dans les codes de calcul d'agitation dans les ports" EDF Rapport, HE-42/89.03

I can not find this documentation.

Can you tell me where to find it?
