I'm trying to run a serial, 2D test case on a scientific Linux hpc cluster using Torque job scheduler (PBS). I would like to run in parallel eventually but I am starting simple. The hpc technician has successfully built TELEMAC v7p2r0 on the hpc and I am trying to run it using a standard PBS script but I get an error message in the output file that reads ": No such file directory".

I have attached the following for your review:
PBS script
Output file
Environmental variables

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Best regards,
Sho

Hi,
Maybe you need to write module load python/2.7.12 in your run script PBS. Because, eventually, the nodes of cluster are not using same python as the environment.

Hello,

You could force in your script the usage of "#!/usr/bin/python" instead of the flexible "/usr/bin/env python" if one of your nodes has a default python different from the system-bundled one.
