Hi,

I'm trying to come up with systel.cfg and pysource files for our cluster but not having very good results. Specifically, the Linux distribution is CentOS 7, compiler is Intel version 16, and MPI is MVAPICH2 for our Infiniband network.

Has anyone come up with a set of files that work with this combination that they can share as a closer template for ?

It seems that so many things need to be edited that it is very prone to errors. Has any work been done to make the install more standard by using something like the usual "./configure; make; make install" process? Or even using cmake?
