Hello,

I used to run my model with v6p3r1 on the HPC and it worked fine. Yesterday I updated the code to v6p3r2 and compiled the code with the same configurations which is for v6p3r1. But then I found I cannot run the model with "runcode.py" anymore. It gives the error like

ifort: error #10236: File not found: '/gpfs/scratch/users/vsc304/vsc30459/WesternScheldt2009_2D/SteeringFile_Scheldt_2D_SED_ClosedUpstream.txt_2014-01-24-09h56min31s/-L'

I have no idea about this. How can I solve it and make it running?
The full printout is attached as well as the configuration file.

I simply modify the line in my configuration file libs_all: -L /gpfs/scratch/apps/develop/software/impi/4.1.1.036/intel64/lib -lmpi -lmpigf -lpthread -lz -lstdc++ -v to libs_all: /gpfs/scratch/apps/develop/software/impi/4.1.1.036/intel64/lib/libmpi.a I guess it's due to some changes in the python script.
