Hello all,

I am currently working on a model with tidal boundary conditions (TPXO database) and I would like to implement a time-varying/spatially uniform pressure condition on the domain of my model.

I know I need to adapt routine METEO.f but do I also need to modify the boundary conditions (which are given for standard atmospheric pressure)? If yes, what is the most efficient way to do so?

Thank you in advance for your help,
Chris.

Hello Chris

which boundary conditions depend on the atmospheric pressure, in your case?
Do you have an explicit relationship of such supposed dependence? as far as I know, TPXO database is independent of the atmospheric pressure (to be confirmed).
The most efficient way to modify boundary conditions ?? it depends on each case.
You can edit subroutine bord.f (sources/telemac2d). This works well! it will be efficient if you edit it efficiently :)

With my kind regards

Riadh
