Morning Telemac family.
I need to compute the reservoir flood dam discharge capacity. I want to divide the mesh into 2 completely separated meshes (reservoir and downstream river) and make computational link between them through the weir formula. Does telemac2d allow me to do this?

Yes you can ! but you need to respect some requirements. Please refer to the weir section in the user manual to achieve these requirements. The most important point is to build 2 corresponding layers of nodes in order to apply the weir formula.
Please see the weir validation case (examples/telemac2d/weir) which gives an example of weir between 3 completely separated domains.
