open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Everything is working well when I ran the case on a scalar mode.

When I tried to run the same case with parallel processors configuration using the TELEMACv7p0 parallel cmd prompt I end up with this "Uncontrolled error from Python".
I can't find any clue about this "list index out of range" in the "self.slfs[0].tags".



It seems that the mpi process spliting the geometry is working, mpiexec is recognised when I tested it in a cmd prompt.

The configuration is this one "wing64mpi" as seen below. I tried to re-compile several times but it does not solve the problem.



I tried to run some of the example case like "bumpflu" and i ended up with the same problem.

Is it possible that your first ran the case in scalar mode (creating a local executable based on the scalar configuration) and then using it in paralell (in which case the local is thought to be there, and therefore not copied again from your parallel configuration.

Can you remove the local exe in your test case directory and try running the case again ?

Thanks for the tip,

I deleted the previous local executable... It was not working.

Then I changed my systel.cfg configuration file from "wing64mpi" to "win7gforp" and I compile TELEMAC.

It is now working fine with parallel processors.
