in your case file you specify two liquid boundary files not sure which one is used. Also in you boundary condition file (cli) what have you specified in relation to whether the tracer is imposed or free?

Thank you Tony,

Yeah, you reminded me. There are two liquid boundary and two tracers in my model and in the boundary file(cli), the LITBOR is seted 4(free). Now I only give one liquid boundary file (t2d_tr.txt) in my case file. But it seems cannot work whatever I do.

Hi Zqzuoan,
I see from you CAS file you are coupling with sysphe and therefore the tracer boundary definition is different. Its beeen some time since I did this but there are a number of previous posts on sediment inflow boundaries either bed load or equilibrium load and in the Sysphe manual. I do recall that the cli file for sysphe allows you to specify the sediment fluxes at the liquid boundary. I think the method you have done thus far is okay for tracers in telemac2d but not for the tracers as sediment input in sysphe. your model will probably work if you decouple sysphe and run it as a telemac2d application only
