open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello all,

I used to use exactly the same script, but this time with a new mesh this eror meesage appears:

+> /app/environment/TELEMAC/v6p3r2/sb/intel-13.1/intel-4.1/v6p3r2/builds/intel/bin/partel < PARTEL.PAR >> partel_T2DGEO.log
... The following command failed for the reason above
/app/environment/TELEMAC/v6p3r2/sb/intel-13.1/intel-4.1/v6p3r2/builds/intel/bin/partel < PARTEL.PAR >> partel_T2DGEO.log

Does anyone know what does it mean and how can I fix it?

Hello Jonathan

It seems that Partel crashes with the new mesh. This means that you have an issue with this latter.
Run it first in serial mode and add the keyword CHECKING THE MESH=TRUE and Telemac will verify what went wrong with the mesh.

Hi Jonathan,

just a comment. Some lines in your cas-file are extreme long. I think there is a limit (72 characters?) if there are more characters in a lines can cause some errors.

CHECKING THE MESH is not availaible in v6p3r2.
It is available in v7p1

Thanks for your answer but when i change the version in the submission file, i have a new error message:

TELEMAC(3):ERROR:105: Unable to locate a modulefile for 'TELEMAC/v7p1'
python: can't open file '/runcode.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Dear Jonathan,

In order to make use of that keyword (Checking the mesh...) you'll have to install the latest tag release v7p1 from scratch (i.e. download the automatic installer or manually compile depending your OS), changing the name in a cas file won't change anything.
