open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hey,

I'm dealing with a wind and atmospheric pressure model for a project.
i have a .txt file with 4 columns the first column is the time , the second is the wind along x axis, and the third is the wind along y axis , and the last one is the atmospheric pressure.

My question is how to do a model (pressure and wind) varying in time, basically here is the month of october, i have fudaa prepro and Bluekenue, i generate the steering file , but i dont know where to begin

Hello Adam

The way to do has changed with the last versions of Telemac. Which version are you using?
To take into account wind and atmostpheric pressure you have to add the logical keywords WIND=TRUE and AIR PRESSURE=YES.
Then yen can follow section 6.3 of the user manual to adapt your case.

The last version of Telemac, you can take into account for meteorolical data through the use of the heat exchange option of the newly added module WAQTEL. This option is more complete and more robust. To start with, you can see the validation case waq2d_thermic (in folder examples/waqtel).
