Hi!

I seem to have a problem to run my kind of large model (17 M nodes) on more than 1 processor. There was no problem when I ran the same model with a mesh with a lower resolution (4 M nodes). I saw another post on the forum relating to this where a change some hard limit in partel.f and utils_serafin.f could be made to solve this. Not quite sure that I got the changes right or if it will even help. Does someone have any idea of how to fix this? Can the problem be in the conlim-file? Im using 7.1.1.

Would really appreciate some help :)

See attached error message and cli-file.

Hello Joanna

It could be simply a problem of available memory.
Did the case run with 1 processor ?
If yes (if I understand well from your post), the solution given to change I7 to I8 in partel should solve the problem (you need to recompile after this change).
If the problem remains, please send me the full model and I will check it up.

with my best regards

Riadh

Ah, I did not recompile which in that case explaines it.

Thank you :)
