hi this janakiram i am working on Andaman Nicobar islands to find out hydrodynamic conditions like flow condition and current speed
i have attached steering file details and simulation file can any please help me to rectify my error.

Why did you define bc2 file as fortran file in your steering file?
This couldn't work as bc2 file is not a fortran file

Hi,
There are several errors in your steering file, if you are using a previous computation file you must also use the keyword COMPUTATION CONTINUED. Also, you must take a look at the manual how to use a liquid boundary file in a model, i advise you to remove FORTRAN FILE and LIQUID BOUNDARIES FILE from you steering file, as Christophe said the fortran file format is not correct.

jose thanks for your reply and Christophe i have removed FORTAN FILE and LIQUID BOUNDARIES FILE know can you briefly suggest what are keywords i need assign for developing flow conditions for my project.
since this the first project i am simulating in TELEMAc2d i am not much aware about this please can you give suggestions develop model.

Hi Janakiram,

I advise you to take a look at the examples that are similar to your case, that would help you a lot, there are many examples really useful, that is what i did when i began (also is recommended to start running simple cases to learn how to use the software).

You should take a look at telemac2d user manual, which explains keywords pretty well.
