open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear telemac users,

I would like to reset the tracer computation periodically during my coupled T2D-SISYPHE computation.(i.e. remove all tracers and the release them again)

I was looking at the tracer propagation in T2D, DIFSOU and CVDFTR but have to found a good solution yet.

Do you maybe have any suggestions??

Hello Christian,

This would be rather something to do in utimp_telemac2d, where you could change every tracer ITRAC by changing the values TN%ADR(ITRAC)%P%R and, to be sure, be it only for initial guess of solvers, also T%ADR(ITRAC)%P%R. However it will obviously spoil the mass balance (unless you work hard, print the mass balance before changing the values, and start a new one).
