Can TELEMAC2D model the process of wetting and drying as water enters and leaves an area?
This means that it is suitable for simulating water flow onto a beach or dry land and around structures such as buildings.

Hello,

Short answer: Yes.

Long one : Telemac 2D/3D has several (and really really good) ways to modelate wetting/drying processes and performs really well (taking into account that almost no other model cares about this or has rather limited options available here) even when coupled with another modules.

This is an old discussion that might help.

José Díaz.
