I have results very close to millimeters, is there any command that indicates the limit when there is liquid?

Hello,

No, there is no threshold depth in Telemac, we rely on other algorithms to decide whether an element is dry or not. You can choose your own threshold in a postprocessor for displaying maps of inundated land, I generally take 5 cm.
