Hi All,

I would like to know how to impose normal flow boundary condition ???

Also i would like to know how to initialize a part of the computational domain. Like similar to Malpaset dam if i want to initialize a part of the domain with water and other portion with dry areas. How to go about it.

You have lots of choices to initialize flows.
1- you can use fortran subroutine condin.f
2- you can use Blue Kenue to generate a intial state that will be considered as a restart state.

For boundary conditions, if you have the exact velocity and water depth at the boundary, you can introduce it in the boundary condition file in the 4th, 5th and 6th colums like illustrated in the following figure



Otherwise, proceed in a classical way like explained in the user manual.
