The problem is clearly describe
OPTION FOR TIDAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS:
GIVE THE SAME NUMBER OF VALUES AS THE NUMBER
OF LIQUID BOUNDARIES, I.E. 2
you should modify your steering file

Hello,

Yes, sorry for not mentioned it before, but I did change that keyword in the steering file to 2 (my number of liquid boundaries conditions), but It keep saying the same.

In this keyword, you should have as 2 values! (as many as the liquid boundary conditions you have in fact)
The value should be 0 or 1...
