I want to know if they are enough to add tide to the model (it's an oil spill simulation where the tide is present) and how to add them. Thank you

The hydrographic zero is a navigation reference.
For tide you need the Mean Sea Level.
All other information could be useful is you create manually a tide signal but with all telemac option, it's easiest to use the already included tide model like TPXO
