how can I convert the ERA5 data(ECMEF) date to .slf file?
is there any manual?

Hi,

You can try to use the script provided in the Telemac distribution:
v7p3r1/scripts/python27/converters/convertECMWF.py

If you want to do it by yourself, the serafin file standard is provided in section 20 of the Telemac2D user manual.
