Hello,

I want to use some culvers or tubes to represent the sluices on the river to control the flow, which one is better?
Another question is that when I add the keywords such as:

NUMBER OF TUBES = 1
TUBES DATA FILE = tubes.txt

or

NUMBER OF CULVERS = 1
CULVERS DATA FILE = culvers.txt

none of them is effective and telemac showed that could not find the following keyword..., just as showen in picture.

What's wrong with the keywords or any other need to be modified?
Or is there any other effective and better way to simulation the sluices?

Thanks for your help.

Hi
In v7p2, there is no tubes, only culverts...
So culverts should work...
The formulation have been merged so there is only 1 possibility now

Hi,
Thanks very much, and I tried as your mentioned but there were also some questions.
Is the format of CULVERT DATA FILE has changed in v7p2? When I use the file shown in culverts.txt,

File Attachment:

File Name: culverts.txt
File Size: 0 KB
, it was wrong when read the file as bellow.

And then, when used the data file of culverts2.txt , which suggested in#26896,

File Attachment:

File Name: culverts2.txt
File Size: 0 KB
the simulation will finish. But I haven't found the explaination of the parameters in it and couldn't get the correct meaning of each parameter, so is there any detailed description of CULVERTS DATA FILE or new user manual for telemac v7p2?

Regards,
W_D

Hi
Culverts.txt is the old version of the file which had been changed in v7p2 to merge the various structure.
This leads to the new form of the file...

You have all the information in the telemac2d release note which is located in the documentation part of the code...
