My study area is for the tide of Musa bay.in Persian Gulf
I run the model for my area for two days.my tidal data input is tpxo.And my verification data is from Garmin.But the model does not answer at all..I tried to change the switches, but it did not answer
And it gives me a graph like the following for me.
Who can say where my problem is?
My little mesh 50 m and big mesh is 150 m
my open boundy is open with u,v and h

Looks like you model is too local to have a good tpxo assimilation...
I don't know the location of TPXO points but you probably should extend you model or create an intermediate model to well represent the tide outside the bay and have a good imposition in your local model...
