How to calculate these parameters by having a level of water and depth??
What formula???
And how do you set these two keywords?
Is there a particular way?Or a special formula????
Because giving experimentally is hard work

Your requests are not clear. We can not compute velocity with only elevation and water depth. There is no formula for this.
To know the meaning of these keywords, please read the user manual or the specific report about tide.
