Hello to all
I want to model the tide in a small region of the Persian Gulf and for the entry of boundary conditions, the database Tpxo and NEA and jmj are not suitable for my case study.
Is there another way to create a tidal boundary file?
How can I manually introduce boundary conditions into the model?
I mean, what is the format and structure of the boundary conditions file, and how to call it?

Hello

Tide is a particular case of general liquid boundary condition. So, if you have existing tide files to introduce to your model, you can edit the subroutine bord.f to do that.
do not forget to adapt the boundary condition file (.cli) accordingly: 5 4 4 for prescribed elevation, 4 6 6 for prescribed velocities, 5 6 6 for prescribed elevation & velocities.

with kind regards

Hello
What is the file format for calling velocity and height values that we have, in Telemarc? What is the key for calling this file in *.cas file?I have values on the border but I do not know how to call with what keyword...Can you give me more guidance on where and how to get to my border?

Kind regards
