This is not an answer to your main question but more a remark.
It's not really complex to generate a meteo file for cyclone following the Holland model (I already built some bricks for that).
The main problem is in the input file format...

Hi Christophe,

You're right - I haven't attempted to model cyclones with TELEMAC before but I had the idea of simply creating an atmospheric binary files for wind speed and atmospheric pressure based on the Holland model.

I don't believe it'll be too complex but just thought it'd be a nice feature to have.
